Living Stones: To build a wall, stones must be selected, shaped, cut, and placed so that each stone lends to the whole, creating a wall. First Peter say that we are “living stones” shaped by the love and grace of God to be a new, living temple that is grounded in Jesus. The presence of God comes through you and me as we are shaped to be living stones and do the work of sharing God’s love in the world. This sermon used two videos; find them here: video 1, video 2.
